Check-in time is 1 PM & Check-out time is 11 AM.
Booking will be confirmed subject to full payment
Each room accommodates 2 persons
Children above the age of 5 will be considered adults
Breakfast is included in Tariff. Lunch/Dinner are available on request
Aadhar card details to be provided on booking & shown during check in
Cancellation up to 5 days before the arrival date is eligible for full refund, no refund will be given if booking is cancelled within 5 days
Any breakage or damage will be charged to the guest.
In case of any misconduct or non-cooperation by the guest, the Homestay reserves the right to get the room immediately vacated, without any refund.

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke outdoors.
Consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Throwing cigarette butts, matchsticks, and broken lighters on the hillside is strictly prohibited as they can cause forest fires.
Please switch off the lights, fans, geysers, kettles, etc. before leaving your room
to avoid accidents.
Please remember to close all windows and doors when you leave the house so that no insects get inside.
No room service available. Homestyle food is available on request.
Pets are not allowed.
Free parking available at own risk.
Guests are requested to take care of their valuables.
You are permitted to play music but please be respectful of the ecosystem.

Refundable security of ₹1000 may please be deposited at the time of check-in.
No events and unregistered guests are permitted, please.
Complimentary sachets of Tea, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar are available in every room.
No consumption of food inside the rooms, please.
If you wish to smoke, please step out on the balcony or terrace. The property is next to a beautiful forested area – please do not throw cigarette butts, matchsticks or lighters on the hillside as they can cause forest fires.
Bonfire and BBQ are available on request.
